By downloading or using Noctis: Sleep Screen Guard(the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Noctis is an iOS app that detects when you fall asleep and automatically restricts selected apps.
The App provides:
Automatic sleep detection
Nighttime restrictions for selected apps
Estimated battery and data-saving insights
Morning auto-unlock (Premium)
The App offers a 7-day free trial. Trial start data is stored securely on your device; deleting and reinstalling the App does not start a new trial. After trial ends, an App Store subscription is required.
Monthly Plan: $2.99/month (or local equivalent)
Yearly Plan: $19.99/year (or local equivalent)
Pricing is controlled by Apple App Store and may vary by region. You can cancel anytime in App Store settings.
Without Premium, the following limits apply:
Up to 1 blocked app
7-day stats history (Premium: 90 days)
Sensitivity limited to "Medium"
No morning auto-unlock
While using the App, you agree:
To use it only on devices you are authorized to use
Not to reverse engineer or extract source code
Not to rent, resell, or sublicense the App
Not to use it in violation of Apple Screen Time policies
Noctis uses advanced detection logic, but by using the App you accept that:
Detection may not always be 100% accurate
False positives are possible
You should disable Night Mode in emergency situations
Battery/data savings are estimates, not guarantees
Noctis relies on Apple's built-in app management infrastructure. Therefore:
Usage is subject to Apple developer policies
Functionality may change if Apple changes platform policies/APIs
It is intended for personal use, not restricting other people's devices
The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. Seranova Tarım Turizm Enerji Gıda Reklam Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. is not liable for:
Damages caused by incorrect sleep detection
Missed notifications/calls during app restrictions
Savings estimates that do not match real-world outcomes
Feature loss caused by Apple API or policy changes
All App content, branding, design, and code are the property of Seranova Tarım Turizm Enerji Gıda Reklam Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. and protected by copyright and related laws.
We reserve the right to suspend access if these terms are violated. Deleting the App or using "Delete Account" does not automatically cancel your subscription; cancellation must be done through the App Store.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes. Apple's End User License Agreement (EULA) terms also apply.
