This Privacy Policy explains how Noctis: Sleep Screen Guard (the "App") handles your personal data. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Noctis is designed with privacy first. Sleep detection and nightly statistics are processed mostly on your device. We do not maintain a user account system or a sleep-data database on our own servers.
Stored and processed on device:
Motion sensor signals — only while Night Mode is active
Touch timing and sleep score — local analysis
Night mode settings and statistics history
App restriction selections — managed on-device via Apple Family Controls
Limited third-party processing:
Apple App Store — payments and subscriptions
Adapty — subscription validation (we do not collect your email)
The App uses built-in device sensors for sleep detection. This data:
Is collected only when Night Mode is active
Does not leave your device as raw sensor streams
May be converted into local summary values stored on-device
Is never used for advertising or profiling
Noctis uses Apple's built-in app management capabilities to restrict selected apps after sleep detection. This feature:
Applies only to apps you select
Can be automatically lifted in the morning
Does not collect your app usage history
Runs on Apple's secure system infrastructure
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment credentials.
The App uses Apple services (App Store, Family Controls), Adapty (subscription handling), and Expo tooling for app delivery.
Each provider is subject to its own privacy policy.
Data stored on your device is protected by iOS security controls. Third-party network requests are protected with TLS. The in-app "Delete Account" action is designed to remove local app data and restrictions.
The App is rated 4+ in the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it.

Request deletion of relevant data
Delete local app data instantly through the in-app "Delete Account" option
